Just last week I was set the task of moving the contents of an entire house by my wife. With your help we did EVERYTHING in just one day, nothing was too much trouble, the little things I hadn\’t done you and your team did leaving me pretty much stress free!
All your staff were friendly, respected the property (on both sides) and also were absolutely fantastic even when we started to run late.
Towards the end of the day the snow hit us pretty hard but you still managed to unload everything and assemble it all and leave me with a fully functioning house which my family and I could enjoy.
I have absolutely no problem recommending your services, and I have already told several people that BMS is the company of choice if you have any removals work…so expect some calls!

We had a bed delivery last Friday by Paul and Dale from BMS. I was very impressed. They called me well before the delivery to give me an estimated time of arrival. They went out of their way to avoid the school run time to make it easier for me. They were punctual, polite and kind and even carried the bed upstairs, and took the old mattress to another room to be replaced on another bed. What a relief to have delivery personnel who are helpful, happy and proud of the work they do. I’ve now looked into using you for other domestic clearance services. Many thanks. The BMS guys moved us from surrey to west sussex in october 2011 and I just wanted to say what a fantastic job they did. They were hard-working, polite and nothing was too much. I would highly recommend Bala and his team, they were professional and friendly, and also wiped their feet on our doormat. They packaged up our furniture and made sure nothing got damaged – in short they made it a hassle free day – thanks guys.

I chose BMS because they are a family firm. I try to avoid large corporates where possible. I would say that having carried out a home move for me they were professional, helpful and reasonable in price. I think that this is because they own their own business, so, they are motivated to perform. I would absolutely recommend them.

We have been waiting for our sofas to be delivered from Furniture Village for a few weeks and finally at 11.15pm two very tired young men arrived from your company; Dale and Paul. I can only say how professional, polite, helpful and utterly charming they were. They must have been completely exhausted as they had been working since 7.00am.
I was so grateful as I thought that they would have called it a day at 6.00pm. Most other removal firms would have done. A huge ‘thank you’ to them and I hope they get a big Christmas bonus and a few days off!! Best wishes -

I would like to congratulate BMS on the first class excellent service they gave in fitting our bedroom furniture,
they were very professional and business like and I think that their skill enhanced the finished product.
They work was carried out very efficiently and they completed the complete bedroom in under 4hrs.
I have no hesitation in recommending them for further work. They even corrected the mistakes made by the
Benson employees. -

We had great problems getting the sofa I had bought into my flat but the 2 guys that delivered it, Jey and Maj, were excellent. They didn’t give up and in the end found a solution. I was impressed and very grateful for their hard work.

I moved house on 21 July 2010 from Balham in South London to Hemel Hempstead. Three tremendously helpful boys arrived right on time and got straight on the job! Not only did we have to empty my flat but we had to get more stuff from storage, then drive across London and then get it all into a Victorian cottage.
BMS Transport is great value for money, employing really great people who want to do everything they can to make your moving experience the best. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them again!

Siva and his team were fantastically helpful, polite and efficient. Arriving promptly to put our house contents into storage and then re-uniting us with our furniture a month later. Flexible over dates when our initial plans changed and willing to help in extra ways…assembling furniture etc. Would recommend them with confidence and will use their services again when we move next year. Areasonable price too!

I first came across BMS Transport when I had a bed delivered from Bensons. Bala was so helpful and obliging that when he mentioned that they also did house removals, I decided on the spot to use his company.
However I was very anxious about my 40 inch flat screen TV being damaged in transit as I did not have the original box. But both Siva and Bala reassured away my fears via text and phone. They told me their men would pack the TV for me in several layers of bubble wrap – which they dutifully did.
The men who moved me were both lovely – very patient, polite, well mannered and very accommodating. It was a hot day and I had a lot of stuff to carry up to an upstairs flat but they never once grumbled or made any disparaging comments.
I was extremely impressed by their conduct and of the company as a whole. I shall therefore be recommending them to everyone I know and would certainly use them again.

Having worked with Siva from the start of his venture, Ive seen him grow from strength to strength. Starting with his first ever van (an old red transit) Although the van may not have been the most attractive, I can assure you that the level of enthusiam and commitment has remained the same…..Alot of companies get bigger but are unable to maintain the same level of service. Would strongly recomend using BMS transport, I have never looked back !!!! Haran

I bought some laminated floors from local B &Q store in New Malden and needed to be delivered very urgently. The B & Q store need me to wait for a few days for delivery and I called a few local companies but they refused to help by telling me that they are “fully” booked or ask for a very high fee for a very local service. Luckily I was given your mobile phone by another B & Q customers who has high respect for your service. Although everyone of you were very busy at that moment, you helped me to pick up these floors from B & Q and delivered to us the following day morning, just in time for fitting. From this experience, I really appreciate your high standard service and care , also your very competitive fee. I will certainly remember you and recommend you to our friend and customers. BMS is the most fantastic delivery company out there in my opinion. I inherited Harveys Croydon 18 months ago & our then delivery company was poor, I was recommended BMS through another Harveys branch and haven’t looked back since. They are always prompt, I haven’t had one complaint about their service & in fact due to their overall service for us at this branch we manage to persuade head office to allow them to relocate our store.
