We had a bed delivery last Friday by Paul and Dale from BMS. I was very impressed. They called me well before the delivery to give me an estimated time of arrival. They went out of their way to avoid the school run time to make it easier for me. They were punctual, polite and kind and even carried the bed upstairs, and took the old mattress to another room to be replaced on another bed. What a relief to have delivery personnel who are helpful, happy and proud of the work they do. I’ve now looked into using you for other domestic clearance services. Many thanks. The BMS guys moved us from surrey to west sussex in october 2011 and I just wanted to say what a fantastic job they did. They were hard-working, polite and nothing was too much. I would highly recommend Bala and his team, they were professional and friendly, and also wiped their feet on our doormat. They packaged up our furniture and made sure nothing got damaged – in short they made it a hassle free day – thanks guys.
